Homeowners
If you are a resident of The Summit subdivision (homes located on Smokerise Summit, Trotters Ln, Trotters Ct, Tilling Way, and Kingston Cross), your homeowner community membership is $450 after May 1, 2024.

Membership includes access to the pool and tennis courts, as well as maintenance of The Summit common grounds. 

No membership payments will be accepted at the pool.

Online payments (PayPal) include a $10 service fee to cover transaction costs. Payments made via Zelle do not incur a service fee and can be made paying [email protected] as the recipient.

Key Fob (electronic gate entry for both the pool and tennis courts)

1. New members will receive one key fob with their paid membership.
2. Returning member's key fobs will be reactivated. Please include the first five digits of your fob on the form.
3. Key Fobs will be available for pickup before the start of the season on scheduled pickup dates. Once the pool is open, key fobs will be available at the pool. 
4. Members will receive a confirmation email once their key fob has been activated.
5. Additional key fobs can be purchased, they cost $35 each.
6. Lost key fobs will incur a $50 replacement fee.
