How Much Does it Cost?

Homeowners
If you are a resident of The Summit subdivision, your homeowner's dues are $425 and they include your membership to the pool and tennis.

Non-Residents
If you do not live in The Summit subdivision, the costs are listed below ($10 Online Registration Service Fee Applies):

Through May 15
  • Pool and Tennis               $420
  • Pool Only                           $375
  • Tennis Only                       $285
  • Single Adult AM Swim*   $185

After May 15
  • Pool and Tennis               $450
  • Pool Only                          $410
  • Tennis Only                      $285
  • Single Adult AM Swim*  $185
      
* Single Adult AM Swim is open daily from 6 am -1 pm only, for a single   member and does not include guest privileges.

Key Fob (electronic gate entry for both the pool and tennis courts)
  1. New members will receive one key fob with their paid membership.
  2. Returning members key fobs will be reactivated. Please include the first 5 digits of your fob on the form.
  3. Key Fobs will be available for pickup before the start of the season on scheduled pickup dates. Once the pool is open, key fobs will be available at the pool. 
  4. Members will receive a confirmation email once your key fob has been activated.
  5. Additional key fobs  can be purchased, they cost $35 each.
  6. Lost key fobs will incur a $50 replacement fee.
